Today was the first time I had the pleasure of checking out Cabana do Cafe inside Hillsboro Downtown Station.The owners Rachel & Hector have a beautiful story and dream come true in creating their first business together. They are so friendly and welcoming. I was impressed with so many unique specialty drinks and homemade desserts. My favorite so far is the Piña Colada Cake, Pão de queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread, naturally gluten free) and Cardamon Rose Latte. I highly recommend and look forward to my next visit.

Super friendly and welcoming! Both my iced espresso americo and a regular drip were exceptional. Also, don't sleep on the pão de queijo; its a must.

Little Cafe in the corner of the food hall. Coffee drinks are awesome, the food is Brazilian and Delicious. Breakfast sandwich, Omelette and Benedicts. Lots of seating in the food hall, group of eight is easy, even sixteen of you're lucky.

Top notch coffee and pastries. Got the cardamom rose latte and passion fruit tart, definitely coming back! Oh and they have a party coming up July 19 2025, don’t miss it! Thank you Hector for the quality brew and vibes!

It was 5:30pm and I needed a good coffee and a sweet treat. Cabana Do Cafe hit the spot. I asked for something sweet but needed the caffeine and Hector made an ice mocha Carmel coffee with 2 shots.Hector was so friendly and is a ray of sunshine and happiness. He has a welcoming vibe and made the experience 💯.

This is by far one of the best coffee shops and cafés. In PDX, not just hillsboro! The pistachio matcha latte is wonderful! They also have delicious baked goods, the guava mini cake is amazing! And their chocolate cake is to die for! They use a mousse as frosting and it is all at once rich and creamy, as well as light and delicious. They were also amazingly kind and willing to make my partner's graduation cupcakes for our celebration and even decorated them and held them until we were ready to eat them. If you haven't tried their amazing coffees and baked goods you are missing out.

Cabana do Cafe deserves nothing less than five stars! The two people running the place — a man and a woman — are absolutely amazing. Their warm smiles and genuinely kind service create such a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. They greet every customer with joy and treat each order with care and professionalism.

This is our new favorite coffee spot! Not only were they extremely friendly and personable while taking our order, our drinks and treats were amazing!! We will definitely be back. As a bonus, there’s lots of indoor seating and lots of food trucks outside if you want to grab food while you drink your coffee.

I usually stick to my Americanos but t drip but Cabana do Cafe has a mocha that isn’t just sweet and chocolate syrup. The Brigadeiro Mocha has a rich full flavor from a truly rich cocoa, Nossa Family espresso beans, and perfectly balanced milk (oat for me). Highly recommend coming to Hillsboro Station food carts and come inside for coffee and Brazilian tea pastries!
